How to Exchange:

At this time, items purchased from GIOIA.991 are eligible for a size exchange only. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Return:

2. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, as long as the shipment includes a tracking number or proof of postage.

4. All shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
